Research direction

Start by locating the repository's CI configuration and the declarations that define library dependencies. Trace how the current CI selects tests, then verify the workflow with changes to a library, its dependencies, and unrelated code. Done means CI runs a library's tests only when that library or one of its dependencies changed.
