Description

I was wondering if the training datasets for Challenge 2016 are properly uploaded to the website. As far as I can see from other works, everyone mentions annotations in this set which I could not find after doing a proper look up in this repository. Is this ok? If it's the case, other sets apart from training-a, have no ECG recordings associated to the PCG signals which I don’t think that’d be correct if it were to be a training set.

I hope some can clear this up for me.

Thanks a million

Research direction

Start by checking the Challenge 2016 training datasets on the website and in this repository, focusing on the reported annotations and ECG recordings for sets other than training-a. The issue is resolved when the dataset contents are verified and any missing materials are corrected or their absence is clearly documented.
