question about Congestive Heart Failure RR Interval Database

Hi,

I have just a quick question about this database. This is an RR interval database and I'm thinking is that possible to know the exact start time of the recording. Basically I understand that for an ECG waveform database this is available in the .hea file. But in this database, the corresponding field in the .hea file is always number 0. I'm thinking whether this is by default filled by 0 which doesn't mean anything or this is a true time stamp meaning that the initially signal was always starting from 00:00.

I found one published article talking about the influence of timing on different RR metrics that used exactly this database. see https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20953708 but I wasn't sure how these authors in this article retrieved the timing info from this database.
