Description

After install the WFDB software package from the instructions list under Cygwin/64 build and install (excluding WAVE) on the site https://physionet.org/physiotools/wfdb-windows-quick-start.shtml , I received the following error messages when attempting to access any of the created executables:

The program can't start because cygwfdb.dll-10-5.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

AND

The program can't start because cygwin1.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

I am using wfdb-10.5.24

Research direction

Start with the Cygwin/64 build and install (excluding WAVE) instructions linked in the issue and reproduce the failure using wfdb-10.5.24. Check how the created executables obtain cygwfdb.dll-10-5.dll and cygwin1.dll; done means the executables launch without either missing-DLL error.
