Create a list of the physionet databases with detailed description and details about it

So I was working on some algorithm and was thinking: "I need more data, is there any similar database in Physionet?", but then I find myself browsing https://physionet.org/physiobank/database/ which shortly describe all databases, but do not describe them precisely. What if I wanted to find the databases with R-peak annotation on all signals? What if I wanted to find the databases with data from Philips equipment? What if I wanted to find the databases with ECG and ABP? ...

I see two possibilities:

1. Let someone collect that information by browsing all the databases one at a time
2. Let everyone contribute information to a common Google sheet

The first option has the advantages of being fast, but the disadvantage of being very superficial and it might become outdated information.
The second option has the advantage of giving detailed information about databases and being updated as people work on databases, but it might take some time before we got something complete.

So I initiated the second option here:

Don't hesitate to add columns if it is useful for you, I think that we can limit columns to the most important information one might need to select the right databases.

In the future, we could add that to a SQL-like database and add a search for a database form on Physionet, or even present the full table as it is currently.

First determine the intended scope and contribution workflow with maintainers; the work is complete only when an agreed, sufficiently detailed and maintainable catalog is produced.
