Description
Someone registers for PhysioNet with a name containing non-US English characters (e.g. "à") and then attempts to request access to the MIMIC-III Clinical Database project. After agreeing to the terms and conditions of the DUA, they receive the following error message:

Research direction
Reproduce the registration and MIMIC-III access-request flow with a username containing a character such as "à", then trace where the invalid-token error is produced. Done means users with non-US English characters in their usernames can agree to the DUA and submit the access request without the malformed-token error.
