Description

Hello PhysioNet team,

My account is credentialed (Jan 27, 2026) and my CITI “Data or Specimens Only Research” training has been approved. However, when I visit the MIMIC-IV dataset page, I do not see the Data Use Agreement (DUA) or the “Request Access” button, which prevents me from accessing the dataset.

Could you please assist me in linking my account so I can request access?

Account details:

Name: Mrunal Kudtarkar

PhysioNet username: mk123

Thank you for your support.

Research direction

Start at the MIMIC-IV dataset page and reproduce the account's missing Data Use Agreement and “Request Access” controls. Check the credentialed account linkage for username mk123; the issue is done when the appropriate access-request controls are visible and the user can request access.
