Description

Hi,

Our group is trying to contribute on the Physionet work and we created a private project and now we finished the data uploading and other things and want to turn this project under the review. Based on the instruction, we should have a button that has ready to go on it, but it does not appear on our manage page. I am wondering if that is a bug, or I misunderstand something?

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue. Start by reproducing the missing “ready to go” button from the manage page after a private project finishes data uploading, then compare the observed state with the relevant instructions. Done means the activation control appears when the project is eligible, or the eligibility failure is clearly reported.
