Description

Hi,

I am currently using the MIMIC III dataset, and I have a few questions that I hope you can assist me with them.

  1. Some subjects have ECG, PPG, and ABP signals simultaneously. Are these signals synchronized? If not, how can I synchronize these signals?! Is there any specific information regarding this issue?!
  2. Do patients who were not in ICU have ABP signals too?

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the MIMIC III signal synchronization and ICU/ABP documentation, then verify whether ECG, PPG, and ABP timestamps align and whether non-ICU patients can have ABP data. Done means providing authoritative answers or linking the relevant documentation.
