Description

Prerequisites
Description

Problem:

  • Missing data is common in clinical variables in MIMIC-III.
  • It can be very time consuming for data scientists to consult clinicians about imputation strategies for individual variables.

Solution:

  • We have prepared a spreadsheet containing common variable and general guidelines for imputation for both static measurements and time series measurements based on our clinical opinion.
  • Suggestions for Clinical Variables.xlsx

Feedback Wanted:

  • Feel free to comment and add additional variables which you feel might be useful for everyone else here
