Description

Hi, would it be possible to convert the MIMIC dataset in RDF (graph model) to be used by those interested in easy mapping and SPARQL? I can help if I can have access to the raw data.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the MIMIC dataset and the request to represent it as an RDF graph for mapping and SPARQL use. Clarify the raw-data access requirements, target RDF structure, and conversion scope before implementation. Done means a reproducible conversion is available and its resulting data can be queried with SPARQL.
