Description
Dear MIMIV team,
thank you for your wonderful work!
I'd like to ask you something about d_labitems table : some codes have same label, same fluid value, same category,
yet have different codes. Is it safe to assume that those code means the same thing, although the values are different?
For example, there are multiple codes for label "Delete", fluid "Cerebrospinal Fluid" , category "Hematology".
Also, i noticed that some labels are called "Delete". What lab values does it mean? Is there somewhere more description of those lab values that i can reference to?
Thank you and have a nice day!
kind regards,
Yumi

Research direction
Start with the d_labitems table and the duplicate codes described for the "Delete" label, including the Cerebrospinal Fluid and Hematology example. Determine whether the issue needs a documented explanation of code equivalence and label meaning, and identify an authoritative reference for the lab values; no files or tests are named.
