Description
Hi, appreciate it a lot for the valuable dataset. Recently, I am trying to download mimic-cxr 2.1.0 for research use. However, when I use the wget command, its' downloading speed is pretty limited, around 600kps. By checking other answers in the repository, I find the currecnt version do not support transfer to googole cloud. By the way, after downloading some files, I find what I get are only the index.html files rather than the dcm files.

Research direction
Start with the MIMIC online documentation and the reported wget download behavior. Check why the download returns index.html files instead of DCM files and whether Google Cloud transfer is supported for MIMIC-CXR 2.1.0. Done means documenting or confirming a working download path and expected file contents.
