Description

Hi, I would like to know if there is any way to obtain elixhauser comorbidity scores for ICD-10 diagnoses codes. The postgresql script in mimic-iii only works for ICD-9 codes.
Thank you for the assistance!

Research direction

Start by reviewing the MIMIC-III PostgreSQL script mentioned in the issue and the online MIMIC documentation. Determine whether an Elixhauser scoring approach for ICD-10 diagnoses is supported and what project changes would be required; done would mean a documented, usable way to obtain those scores.
