Description

I'm not sure exactly when this happened, but BigQuery updated the project search tool so that physionet-data is no longer findable using our existing instructions. The new process for pinning physionet-data is described at: https://github.com/MIT-LCP/physionet-build/issues/2009

Research direction

Locate the existing instructions for pinning the physionet-data project in this repository and compare them with the updated process in issue 2009 of physionet-build. Update the instructions so the project can be pinned using the current BigQuery interface, then verify that the documented steps match the linked guidance.
