Description

99% of papers use 512x512 or maximum 1024x1024 size images in chest x-ray dataset.
512x512 after resize would hardly be 6-7 GB after zipping.

it is criminal waste of resources to have people download data of 600GB and preprocess it to 6 GB.
Can you please resize and upload..

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reviewing how the MIMIC-CXR JPG dataset is currently distributed and the requirements for producing and hosting a resized version. Done would require an agreed resize specification and a documented, available resized download.
