Description
I was not able to unzip 3 zip files that are necessary for my study:
D_ICD_PROCEDURES.csv.gz
DIAGNOSES_ICD.csv.gz
PROCEDURES_ICD.csv.gz
The error message is:
Unable to expand "DIAGNOSES_ICD.csv.gz" into
"mimic-iii-clinical-database-1.4
(Error 79- Inappropriate file type or format.)
The rest of the files are Ok.
