Hi,
we have used 5 blood count measures of MIMIC-III and MIMIC-IV to verify an algorithm trained with own data.
For interpretation it would be helpful to get methodic/assay/analyzer data on these laboratory tests
Is it possible to retrieve data about the used analyzers for these?
51222 (Hemoglobin, g/dL, Blood, Hematology, LOINC 718-7)
51250 (MCV, fL, Blood, Hematology, LOINC 787-2)
51265 (Platelet Count, K/uL, Blood, Hematology, LOINC 777-3)
51279 (Red Blood Cells, m/uL, Blood, Hematology, LOINC 789-8)
51301 (White Blood Cells, K/uL, Blood, Hematology, LOINC 804-5)
It would even help to know the manufacturer (Sysmex, Beckman Coulter, Abbott...).
I haven't found any useful information on the BIDMC website as there is no overview of laboratory tests.
Thanks for the help
Martin

Research direction
Start with the MIMIC online documentation linked in the issue and review how the five listed laboratory item IDs are represented in MIMIC-III and MIMIC-IV. Done would require establishing whether analyzer, assay, or manufacturer metadata is available and documenting the supported answer or data source; no implementation file or test is identified.
