Description
Hello,
I am a master's student finishing my master's thesis, and I am using the ITK-SNAP 4.4 DLS with nnInterative tools. This model performs very well with my segmentation on the MRI high-resolution in the eyes, but a little bit poorly on low-resolution/fast-MRI images for the optic nerve.
So I am fixing it with semi-automatic tools and adding more points using AI tools. I wonder if my work on using AI tools to refine my segmentation would help you to refine your model?
Sorry, it looks very stupid, but thank you for taking the time to answer my questions.
Thank you a lot with this wonderful model.
