How to add rates from reaclib that are not in reactions.list?

Description
I have a question about adding rates in MESA. If I prefer to use the rates from reaclib for a particular run, and I want to add a rate that is not in `reactions.list`. Should I have to add it up manually, or will mesa look at it automatically from the current library file? I have the same question for weak rates from reaclib.
