Description

When managing submissions to the MESA zenodo community, I basically always have to ask to add the OS (the [curation policy](https://zenodo.org/communities/mesa/curation-policy) have already been updated there).

I was wondering if it's worth adding to the headers the output of `uname -a` or something similar that can list the OS used in the datafile itself, like it is done now for the SDK.

I personally don't know if that command line works on macOS or BSD (or other more niche OSes), so not sure it's a good idea.
