Description

Location

https://openneuro.org/datasets/ds007637

Basic Info

8 participants with ~2 sessions, T1w, 2 runs of MBME resting-state, 2 runs of MBSE resting-state, 1 run of MBME Penn fractal n-back task.

Multi-echo data have 5 echoes, magnitude+phase reconstruction, and 3 no-excitation volumes at the end, split out into noRF files.

Derivatives

  • afni_proc.py
  • fMRIPrep

Research direction

Start with the dataset at the OpenNeuro location and review the completed fMRIPrep derivative. Determine the afni_proc.py processing needed for the MBME and MBSE resting-state and task data. The work is done when the afni_proc.py derivative is produced and the checklist is updated.
