Description

I'll outline the steps for such a tutorial here:

  1. Load semi-preprocessed multi-echo fMRI data, physio data, and event information from the EuskaliBUR dataset (dependent on https://github.com/ME-ICA/tedana/issues/778).
  2. Describe the CVR formulae and process.
  3. Run the analysis on the loaded data.
  4. Show the resulting map(s).

Research direction

Start by checking the dependency in ME-ICA/tedana issue 778 and the available EuskaliBUR inputs. Organize the tutorial around loading multi-echo fMRI, physio, and event data, explaining the CVR formulae, running the analysis, and displaying the resulting maps; done means all four steps are reproducible and documented.
