Description

I have a page on TE-dependence, one on signal decay, and another one that walks through how tedana measures TE-dependence. I want to take elements from all three to make a single tutorial that builds an intuitive understanding of how fluctuations in T2*/S0 can be inferred from multi-echo data and used to differentiate BOLD and non-BOLD signal.

See https://github.com/ME-ICA/tedana/issues/690 and https://github.com/ME-ICA/tedana/pull/765 for previous discussions about this.

Research direction

Compare content/TE_Dependence.html, content/Signal_Decay.html, and content/plot_approach_figures.html, along with the discussions in tedana issues 690 and pull request 765. Consolidate their relevant material into one tutorial that explains T2*/S0 fluctuations in multi-echo data and how they distinguish BOLD from non-BOLD signal.
