Description

RAM : 16 GB DDR3 (12 GB allocated for Minecraft)
MC Version : 26.1
Loader & Version : Fabric 0.19.3
Voxy Version : 0.2.14-alpha
Environment : Client Side

What happened
In my single player world i enabled voxy and set the voxy render distance to 170 (my normal render distance was 42) then when i went back to the game, the chunk i was in and about 10 chunks to the left side didn't reload at all (just it didn't even flicker) and all other chunks (chunks near the right side and distance chunks) were just huge blocks that i don't know how to describe but my FPS was just below normal. I waited for like 5 minutes but nothing changed so i went to disable voxy rendering and as soon as i went back to the game; whole Minecraft just lagged and went to "Not Responding" mode and then i waited for like 5 minutes and nothing happed so i had to force close the game using task manager.

Fixes that worked
Remove voxy and use Distant Horizons 😑(really... 170 render distance in Distant Horizons works with like max FPS and no lag at all)

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in a single-player world with Minecraft 26.1, Fabric 0.19.3, Voxy 0.2.14-alpha, 42 normal render distance, and 170 Voxy render distance. Check whether chunks fail to reload and whether disabling Voxy makes the client become unresponsive; done means rendering and disabling Voxy no longer cause these failures.
