[BUG] Attaching / uploading a file fails

# Issue

Attaching a file fails.

# How to reproduce

When I attach a file to the input, I get the following error "TypeError: Unsupported URL scheme -- http and https are supported (scheme was data)".

# Expected Behavior

I expect attaching/uploading a file to work.
