Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points, so first map where compressed-world identifiers are generated, stored, and exposed. Confirm the privacy requirements and migration scope for replacing auto-incrementing IDs with UUIDs; done means the backend consistently uses UUIDs without breaking existing world workflows.
