Description
Create scripts to process Loobos old tower data (up to 2020) and put in MAQ database:
1. Define logical naming structure: Continuation of current dataset or uploaded as separate dataset? Make sure similar stream names represent the same environmental quantity.
2. Decide upon creating a separate (2nd) Loobos 'station' or not.
3. Write Prepare4API and Post2API scripts for Loobos old tower.
4. Separate old Loobos tower from Prepare4API_live and Post2API_live as this is not operational data anymore
