Description

It should be possible to spin up an HTTPS mock server.
This probably requires implementing some routine to generate a set of certificates on the fly which the HTTP client would then need to trust.

Research direction

Start by locating the mock server and HTTP client entry points involved in spinning up a server. Investigate how certificates could be generated on the fly and how the client would trust them. Done means an HTTPS mock server can be started and accessed by the Rust HTTP client using the generated certificates.
