Description

change the output of AlignMe, so we don’t have that table falling off hte edge of the page all the time.

The line: Column 2 based on scale HWvH.txt for sequence 4GD3_ChainA using windowtype triangular with size 13 is so long

rephrase to “Column 2 value from HWvH scale for 4GD3_ChainA using a 13-residue triangular window
