当targetsdk是30时，在安卓14的机子上相册为空

使用的是3.11.2版本，在自己的demo上target30 compile33的项目里相册为空，但是target改到33就可以了，奇怪的是demo改到同样的版本是可以的，不知道漏了什么东西
