Description
我们目前用的2.2.3版本，现在项目支持androidx了，准备升级PictureSelector版本，但是我们的项目只支持targetSdkVersion 28, PictureSelector3.x的版本改动太大。有几个问题麻烦咨询下
1、设计3.x是解决什么问题呢？ 3.x的版本和2.x版本主要区别是什么呢？
2、 2.x的后续bug还会修复吗？
