我也不知道是不是bug了，给用3.0以下版本的朋友一些建议吧

Description
此建议只适用3.0以下版本：
1.建议拉包下来引入
2.项目中再此之前有用ucrop的，拉包下来引入后建议在picSelector的manifest里面删掉相关的UcropActivity，或者屏蔽你之前的ucrop，不然会报default activity not found。（处理方法各抒己见）
3.必须在picSelector的build.gradle里面导入camera2的依赖，否则高版本EMUI或者MIUI闪退
