无法显示部分目录下部分文件

有时候，部分目录下的某几个视频或图片无法被检索出来，请问是什么问题呢，我保存时有发过广播通知，也有插入媒体库，图库中可以看到。文件目录下也有，用框架打开文件目录却看不到
