Description
Currently the lsp assigns variable.other.lua to both local and global variables preventing us from letting them have unique highlight colours.
Could someone point me or anyone else interested in contributing to this issue towards the right files to look into to change this behaviour?

Research direction
Start by locating where the LSP assigns the variable.other.lua semantic classification. Trace how local and global variables are identified and how that classification reaches highlighting. Done means local and global variables receive distinct classifications so clients can assign different highlight colours; verify the behaviour with the relevant language-server tests.
