### What is the issue affecting?
Hover
### Expected Behaviour
When I do hover on the standard `type` function, I'd expect brief message in english, like in VS Code:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click '...'
3. See error '...'
### Additional Notes
I tried adding `misc.parameters: ["--locale=en-us"]` to luarc, did not help
