Description
### How are you using the lua-language-server?
Visual Studio Code Extension (sumneko.lua)
### Which OS are you using?
Windows
### What is the issue affecting?
Hover
### Expected Behaviour
To only show the typed parameter, not the `any` parameter. And pick the typed one by default.
### Actual Behaviour
My methods with params are always displaying 2 possible overflows, the typed one and one with `any` as a param type:

By default it selects the `any` overflow

I have to manually specify the parameter

Then it works

### Additional Notes
Is it possible to remove the `any` overflow? Am i missing some definition / setting?

Research direction
Start by reproducing the hover behavior in the Visual Studio Code extension using the linked screenshots and meta-file example, then trace how hover signatures and overload selection are produced. Done means the typed parameter signature is shown without the redundant any overload and is selected by default.
