Description
it would be really cool if there would be a code action (available when inside one of the two) that allows to change between ternary assignments and if/else statements
example:
```lua
if y then
x = 3
else
x = 4
```
```lua
x = y and 3 or 4
```

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the language server's code-action handling and the syntax analysis for Lua ternary-style assignments and if/else statements; done means a code action works in either form and converts between the two examples.
