Description

For example, I say "Let's do it at 9, my time"
TLD botto can respond with "9 CDT is foo in BST, ..."

Either triggered by "my time" in a message and trying to guess, or by a command?
Maybe `!times [optional event time, default = Now] [optional time zone, default = sender's]`?
Maybe replying to a message that includes a time with !times translates every time mentioned in that message as though it is in the sender's timezone?

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the Python bot's command and message-handling code, then clarify whether this should use a command or message trigger and how timezone input is determined. Done requires an agreed syntax and behavior for translating times across all project zones.
