Description

Tildy should track an apology count on a per-user basis, and report that value in some manor when an apology is triggered. Bonus points for a self-updating pinned apology leaderboard

Research direction

Start by locating the apology trigger and the bot's existing per-user state or persistence handling. Determine how the bot reports an apology, then define the stored count and the reporting behavior; the work is done when repeated apologies update each user's count and the value is shown, with the optional leaderboard treated separately.
