Bounty $$$

Getting valgrind onto Mac would save a tremendous amount of people a lot of pain (aka un-sanitizable bugs).

Why don't we have a culture where such important issues are immediatly connected to a bounty system?

I for one would put money on the line.

couldn't build from sources, but that's not part of this issue.

Start by reviewing issue 56 and the reported ARM build error, then clarify with maintainers what bounty-backed change is wanted. Done requires an agreed scope and acceptance criteria for Mac support.
