Description
I have a Razer Book 13 i7 FHD. When running:
```sh
razer-cli --battery 80
```
I get no output. `$?` = 0
Plugging in the charger continues to charge the battery above 80%.

Research direction
Start at the `razer-cli --battery 80` entry point and reproduce the behavior on the reported Razer Book 13 setup. Trace why the command exits successfully without enforcing the limit; done means charging no longer exceeds 80% after the limit is set.
