### Description

Sunshine should send, specifically for each app, a set of Keyboard shortcuts:

This might be e.g. ALT+F4 for every app, Save/Load state for the emulators, toggle Overlay and such.

This options are exposed and then be called from Moonlight.

This should improve the ergonomics in 10'' and Handled scenarios

Research direction

No source files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reviewing the Sunshine and Moonlight integration points for app-specific input, then define how shortcuts and macros would be exposed and invoked. Done requires an agreed interface, supported actions, and implementation scope.
