### Description

Right now Sunshine can change the active display using the combination of keys that is interpreted by Sunshine

With libdisplaydevice we can now get the display topology, so that we can allow the clients to both get the display topology, and allow the client to switch it using their UI

Research direction

Start by reviewing Sunshine's existing key-based display switching and the libdisplaydevice integration, then trace the protocol entry points used by clients. Done means the protocol exposes the display topology and lets a client switch the active display through its UI.
