This issue is present in the latest pre-release
### Describe the Bug
Sunshine streaming has worked fine, but now shows artifacts like his one (moving around, this is not static):
* HDMI output is fine
* I tried a different moonlight client, it also seems to work fine (but also has lower resolution)
**Also tested in pre-release:**
### Expected Behavior
No streaming artifacts.
Also, this has been working fine/flawlessly for weeks or so. So something must have caused this.
Also notice I already tried the following:
* restart server
* restart client (moonlight)/TV
* re-configure it aka run the sunshine install script

Client:
Moonlight 1.6.36 (com.limelight.webos) see https://repo.webosbrew.org/apps/com.limelight.webos/
webOS25 (10.3.0-2502)
resolution: 3840*2160 (native), 60fps
video bitrate 45000kbps
----
More information:
* Funnily, **if I enable HDR in monlight** _it gets better_ aka there are only "smaller" artifacts:
* Also, if I choose 30 FPD in moonlight, it also seems work even **much better**. Here HDR + 30FPS - the artifacts are only really visible on a black screen:
* Full HD aka 1920x1080 also seems to work fine

Also reported upstream: https://github.com/ublue-os/bazzite/issues/5765
**Edit:** Also made moonlight client authors aware of this: https://github.com/mariotaku/moonlight-tv/issues/629

Research direction
Start with the attached sunshine.log and journalctl output, then reproduce using XDG Portal Grab at 3840x2160 and 60 FPS on the listed NVIDIA/Linux setup. Trace the BT.2020 SDR colorspace warning and compare HDR, 30 FPS, and 1080p behavior; done means webOS streaming no longer shows moving color artifacts without those workarounds.
