Describe the Bug
Image

I just updated to the latest version of Sunshine (v2026.906.222525). The issue I'm encountering is that when I enable "2x Frame Generation" in-game, the final stream frame count statistics show only half the actual in-game frame rate; it seems the generated frames aren't being captured (as shown in the image above: the top-left corner displays the streaming frame rate reported by Moonlight, while the top-right corner shows the actual in-game frame rate reported by RTSS).

If I disable in-game frame generation, the final streamed frame rate matches the actual in-game frame rate displayed by RTSS (as shown in the image below).

My question is: is this a bug, or is there an issue with my configuration? Is there any solution?

I was using Sunshine version 2025.924.154138 previously and didn't encounter this problem.

Expected Behavior

Keep the streaming frame rate consistent with the actual RTSS frame rate.

Additional Context

I am using the DP Graphics Card Emulator.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue on Windows 11 with the Desktop Duplication API, NVIDIA 2x frame generation, and the reported Sunshine versions. Compare Sunshine's streamed frame count with the in-game RTSS rate and check whether generated frames are being captured; done means the streamed rate matches the actual rate under the reported configuration.
