Can't assign display after update. (Display ID always grabs the same monitor using KMS)

Describe the Bug

I have a dummy plug DP that I use for streaming. I updated from version 2026.721.xxxx to 2026.723.125751 last night and now Sunshine always streams the wrong monitor. It chooses the HDMI output no matter what display ID I put in.

If I swap to XDG Portal sunshine will use the specified display output but I get weird artifacts using that. I've tried different encoders and different screen capture methods but none works properly for me now.

I've also tried different display ID "names". All from numeric (if I use "0" or "1" it will stream display "0" either way but if I specify "2" I get a warning in Moonlight saying it can't find a display so it seems to see the IDs at least) and names like "DP-4" and "HDMI-A-3" but none works.

Expected Behavior

If a specified display ID is set, sunshine should stream that display.
