Full windows crash and reboot whilst streaming 9070XT

### Describe the Bug

Since installing the latest version of sunshine / moonlight it crashes my display driver on the Radeon RX 9070XT whilst streaming to XBOX client. This happens within minutes of playing games like crimson desert. System is stable when not streaming and playing the same game.

Using latest Windows 11 patched version, latest Radeon drivers (June 22 2026 release).

Not crash....

### Additional Context

The system crashes and reboots and the 9070XT display driver goes disabled in windows 11 device manager. It wont let me enable it again until I quit sunshine running on the PC then it re-enables just fine.
