Research direction

Start at the X11 capture path and NVENC encoder setup, reproducing the issue on Linux with the Quadro P620 at a lower resolution and comparing it with the working 1920x1080 case. Trace the pixel format and color conversion used for NVENC. Done means red and blue render correctly at lower resolutions without regressing normal NVENC streaming.
