Description

I want to be able to type `https://lively-kernel.org/lively4/lively4-core/NEW_DIRECTORY/NEW_FILE` in the browser and then create the missing directories and the new file.
I also want to be able to type `https://lively-kernel.org/lively4/lively4-core/NEW_DIRECTORY/` to create an empty directory.

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by tracing how browser URLs are handled in lively4-server, then determine where missing directories and files are created; done means both nested-file and empty-directory URL forms work as described.
